Kevin Mlutkowski is the Director and Marketing and Communications at the American Concrete Institute, where he has held various roles since joining the Institute in 2003. Mlutkowski received his BS Technical Communication with Chemistry minor from Lawrence Technological University in 2001, his MBA from Oakland University in 2005, and his Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2016. Additionally, he currently serves as vice chair of the American Society of Association Executives’ Marketing Professionals Advisory Council.
Qin Coe is the VP of Customer Success of Gather Voices and a passionate enabler of success to drive value for clients in the use of video in marketing and digital engagement. She joined Gather Voices in June 2020. Previously, she was a leader of Customer Success for Enterprise clients at Morningstar, Inc, an independent global financial research firm. She holds a PhD of Chemistry from the University of Chicago.
